Low Carbon Economy Regions – LoCaRe – is a miniprogramme which means that an important part of the activities of the projects has been carried out in Sub-projects.
The LoCaRe Sub-projects have developed methods to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions in different ways. Some worked with companies and retail to assist them in finding energy efficient solutions, some worked with agriculture and forestry and others with involvement of citizens in local communities or young students in schools.
All results can easily be used by other organisations and some have already been transferred from one local area to another.
If you want to know more about ways to work with energy efficient solutions in enterprises or involvement of citizens in activities to reduce energy consumption, you are kindly invited to join the final conference of LoCaRe in Southern Denmark on 26th September 2013. See more details here.
